It’s all about YOU – How to make sure you are using the mental game of retailing to get the most from every resource that is at your disposal.
What business are you in? Get the basics right. If grip, stance and alignment are crucial first steps to a good golf shot then you need to make sure you have got the retailing basics right in your Pro Shop/club/Range. Do you know for example the 4 key measures you must manage on a daily basis?
Management Control. To score well on the course you need a game plan. To prosper in your business you need a management plan. Not reams of tightly packed words, charts and figures. Just a clear understanding of what you are doing and why, with contingencies and options for flexibility. Do you know why you need to have KPIs and a BSC, or who Pareto is? You will at the end of this session.
FUN This seminar is designed to help, support and encourage you to successes. So it is designed to be entertaining, stimulating, thought provoking and fun as well as deadly serious about making you a winner.
